Aggieland Saturday by the Sea - School Group Registration

Howdy!

We invite you and your guests to learn more about Texas A&M’s dedicated marine and maritime campus, Texas A&M University at Galveston! 

Our free, all-access open house, Aggieland Saturday by the Sea, is an immersive event, offering you a 360º introduction to Texas A&M’s island campus, including: 

• Information sessions about the admissions process, financial aid and student life; 
• An intro to the Texas A&M Maritime Academy, the Corps of Cadets, professional maritime license options and programs;
• Visit research labs and training simulators, and tour the new 524-foot state-of-the-art training vessel, Lone Star State; 
• Experience fun Aggie traditions and hospitality with our student organizations;
• And much more! 

Marine & Maritime Activity Restrictions

Aggieland Saturday by the Sea is open to everyone! However, some event activities may have restrictions in order to meet required safety regulations and protocols. To ensure everyone's safety and help you make the most of your time on campus, please see below for additional information. 

Sea Life Facility. Facility tours are only available to those five (5) years of age or older. All guests touring the Sea Life Facility are required to wear flat. closed-toe shoes - no high heels, Crocs or clog-styles, please.

Lone Star State Ship Tours. Ship tours are only available for those twelve (12) years of age or older. In compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations, all guests boarding the ship are required to wear flat, closed-toe shoes - no high heels, Crocs or clog-styles. In addition, no skirts or dresses, please.

Harbor Tours. Due to time constraints, groups are restricted from harbor tours during Aggieland Saturday by the Sea. K-12 education-based groups or non-education groups working with minors interested in a harbor tour before or after the event should contact Texas A&M University at Galveston Sea Camp & Outreach. All other groups can email Texas A&M at Galveston Vessel Operations for additional information.
 

Who Should Complete This Form?

This registration form should be completed by school groups or external organizations of any size who would like to experience this event together. All group registrations include a box lunch and shirt for each participant.

Student Enrollment Services staff will reach out to the submitted group contact(s) below at a later date to request additional information regarding individual group registrants, dietary restrictions, shirt sizes, parking accommodations and more.
