Through a tight-knit community, unmatched leadership training, exclusive scholarships and a tradition of excellence that spans generations. The Corps experience will prepare you to lead in ways that few others can. Out of State Students: Joining the Corps of Cadets will automatically qualify you for in-state tuition. Interested in becoming a Fightin' Texas Aggie in the Corps? This Virtual Corps of Cadets Info Session should help you learn about the benefits and requirements of the Corps!

New Student and Family Programs: Now that you're admitted, you have some important things you need to take action on before your New Student Conference. These sessions will review items that can prevent your ability to register for your first semester of classes, including course registration holds and placement exams such as the Chemistry Prep Module (CPM), Math Placement Exam (MPE), Foreign Language Placement Exam (FLPE), and Texas Success Initiative (TSI). We'll take a deep dive into each, providing information about what's required of you, resolving your holds, submitting exam scores, accessing exams, and more. As you prepare to continue your academic journey, we want you to know that we're here to support you!

Fish Camp 101: Come learn about 'An Aggies First Tradition'! Fish Camp is one of Texas A&M University's extended orientation programs, which is supported by the student organization, Fish Camp, and is housed within the Department of Student Activities at Texas A&M. In a traditional year, Fish Camp will welcome over 6,000 Freshmen into the Aggie family over the course of three weeks. This amazing experience is held at the Lakeview Conference Center in Palestine, TX. Each 3-day session is filled with groups discussions, high energy activities, and everything you will need to get you ready to be a Texas Aggie.
