  • For those interested, have the chance to visit with the Aggie Band director about the world famous Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band. Audition for the band in the spring only.

Dates and Schedule

The Spend the Night Program is offered most weeks during the fall and spring semesters. Check-in for the SNWC Program is at the Sanders Corps of Cadets Center from 4:15 – 4:45 p.m. on your scheduled date of arrival. The program concludes the following day at approximately 12:00 p.m.

SNWC cost is $17.00 CASH per student for meals, payable at check-in. A confirmation packet will then be emailed to you with the required forms. Your registration is not complete until we receive your required forms by fax or email. Due to a limited number of spots, prompt return of the forms is encouraged.

You are responsible for your travel arrangements to and from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX, and the Sanders Corps Center. We are unable to provide transportation to and from the College Station Airport (CLL), Easterwood Field, but taxis are available. A commercial shuttle service from Austin Bergstrom International Airport, Houston Intercontinental Airport, and Houston Hobby Airport to College Station is available (GroundShuttle.com), but you will need to coordinate to be dropped off and picked up at the Sam Houston Sanders Corps of Cadets Center on campus.

We encourage parents to attend our two Parent Meetings with our staff. Day 1, 4:45pm to 6:30 pm welcome, Corps overview, facilities/dorm tour, and flag ceremony. On Day 2, the 10:15 am to noon parent meeting will cover admissions, Corps scholarships, and financial aid. The locations for these parent meetings will be on the SNWC schedule that you will receive at check-in.
